After the presentation of Ambassador Mohamed El Fatah Naciri, the Mission Chief of Arab League for Turkey, the round meeting discussions started and the issue was extensively discussed with the participation of representative of related governmental institutions and many experts on the region.

Analysis of the Egyptian Decision in the Israel- Palestine Issue: A Rational Actor Model Perspective

Egypt is a rational actor in the international arena. It has set of national interests related to economical gains, regional security and stability, and also rising its power as a regional leader.This study analyzes Egyptian decision to take a part in ceasefire negotiations as an honest-broker and also to take a supportive foreign policy attitude towards Palestine from Rational Actor Model perspective by claiming mainly that the decision of Egypt reflects to its goals and national interests within the bounded rationality.
