Gradually spreading globalization has connected many national, sub-nayional, commercial, sportive, cultural and political actors to one another. the deepening economic, cultutral and political relations and thickening ties open new horizons fro different segments of international community on one hand, bring many conflicts and disagreement on the other. International law codes and norms remains insufficient to resolve these international conflicts. thus the role that the Tribune of Arbitration in International Affairs rises. However, in Turkey the Tribune of Arbitration still is not known. As Institute of Strategic Thinking we have prepared a panel for discussions about the tribune of arbitration by the particpation of welknown experienced academics. The panel is open to all interested in the issue.
